Director of Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, sales centric Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert prospects to residents by assessing needs and presenting appropriate services and programs.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and provide accurate community information.
  • Maintain complete CRM records and perform daily cold calling of leads.
  • Conduct outside business development calls to meet weekly referral goals.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with residents, families, and professional partners.
  • Plan and execute prospect and referral events and follow up on all leads.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on marketing plans and promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Senior living sales experience required.
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, with proven closing success.

Schedule & Compensation

  • On-site, Monday–Friday business hours with occasional evenings/weekends; not remote.
